We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team at NorthPoint Search Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, benefits administration, and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll for 100+ employees using Paycom and importing file from Paycom into general ledger software, SAGE Intacct.
- Analyze and manage the costs associated with employee benefits, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and reporting on benefit program performance.
- Work with the finance department to incorporate payroll and benefits costs into the company's financial budget and forecasts within Sage Intacct Planning.
- Develop clear and well-documented procedures for payroll data integration and financial reporting.
- Manage all aspects of employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns about payroll and benefits, maintaining positive relationships with the workforce.
- Implement policies and procedures related to payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Eight or more years of Payroll Processing experience that includes importing payroll information from outside payroll company into corporate accounting software.
- Benefits administration experience including open enrollment, and employee relations experience required.
- SAGE Intacct a plus, Paycom, ADP or similar third-party payroll provider.
A salary up to $80k plus M/D/V/401k/ generous PTO.
