At North Ottawa Community Health System, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Polysomnographer to join our team.
Job Summary:The Registered Polysomnographer will be responsible for performing comprehensive testing, analysis, and interventions for sleep testing disorders and other functions as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform sleep testing and analysis to diagnose and treat sleep disorders.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest sleep medicine research and technologies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Registered Polysomnographic Technician certification.
- 2+ years of experience in sleep medicine.
- Proficient in Windows-based computer software.
- BLS certification.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift over 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work in a safe and pleasant environment.
- Unpredictable mealtimes and breaks.
