Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, focusing on tax and audit.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, demonstrating strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to explore new business opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Thomson Reuters products, including UltraTax, Practice, and Advance Flow is highly desirable.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of leveraging technology to enhance accounting processes.
