Position Summary
The Retail Sales Representative is tasked with promoting, ordering, and displaying products effectively.

This role involves introducing new products and promotions, working closely with clients to ensure accurate product orders, implementing commercial strategies across your assigned accounts, and merchandising products while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Become the go-to expert for retailers by overseeing all sales, merchandising, and inventory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Execute commercial strategies for your clients on established routes.
Utilize your communication skills effectively (Listening, Speaking, and Writing).
Embrace your competitive spirit daily.
Stock, display, and rotate all beverage sections and promotional displays in your assigned stores.
Oversee all ordering functions of the role. Maintain appropriate inventory levels, reduce shrinkage, and organize storage areas.
Construct all displays sold locally or through agreements.
Provide guidance and communication to support staff during your absence.

Essential Duties
Manage, sell, and execute strategies within a designated group of clients on scheduled routes, generating sales orders to ensure operational success and contribute to the company's financial performance in terms of revenue and profit margins.
Implement promotions and new products according to marketing strategies and ensure excellence in execution for assigned clients.
Fill, merchandise, and rotate products on display and shelves in accordance with company standards.
Organize and maintain storage areas by categorizing products and managing returns.
Create and distribute promotional materials where permitted.
Foster strong relationships with store personnel through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
Identify and report any competitive challenges or market trends that may affect business operations and execute all responsibilities safely.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Effective communication skills are essential, including listening, speaking, and writing.
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
Willingness to work in a dynamic, physically demanding setting (lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly).
Strong critical thinking abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn.
Career-oriented mindset with a competitive nature.
