Job Title: Sales Associate II

At Coach, we're looking for a Sales Associate II to join our team. As a Sales Associate II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Drive sales through effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and clienteling skills
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and current offerings
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Support visual merchandising and store operations, including maintaining a clean and tidy selling floor
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds
