Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients with orthopedic trauma injuries, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication administration, and other relevant data.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in orthopedic trauma nursing or a related field.
