Position Overview:
Page Mechanical Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity, Credential & Access Management (ICAM) professional to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our operations and ensuring the integrity of our systems.
The Senior ICAM professional will be responsible for implementing and adhering to technical guidelines while overseeing the operations of information systems. This position involves collaboration with various teams to deliver customer-defined systems and manage hardware and software projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be adept at presenting ideas and solutions in a professional manner. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting systems and applications across multiple locations.
- Ensuring the effective operation and connectivity of the ICAM network.
- Managing a portfolio of applications, providing operational oversight and ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Contributing to design initiatives related to Identity Proofing, Certificate Management, and Cybersecurity enhancements.
- Overseeing the management of custom and vendor software solutions.
- Conducting system and network administration, addressing software issues, and evaluating necessary hardware/software enhancements.
- Monitoring system performance and implementing security measures.
- Maintaining documentation in accordance with configuration management procedures.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must be a U.S. citizen with an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one. Required qualifications include:
- A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Microsoft PowerShell or VBScript.
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and adaptability to changing operational needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications such as SAFe Agile Certification, CompTIA Security +, and ITIL v- Foundation are desirable. Experience in supporting operations in an Agile environment and familiarity with SecDevOps practices will be advantageous.
