We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, UX Design to lead our Vehicle Sales UX team in shaping the future of car buying. As a key member of our design organization, you will be responsible for defining and articulating the vision for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention experiences.

As a customer-obsessed leader, you will inspire and mentor UX practitioners and partners, leading projects throughout the planning, design, and development cycle. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end experiences across the customer lifecycle
  • Defining and articulating the vision for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention experiences
  • Mentoring and inspiring UX practitioners and partners
  • Partnering closely with product, engineering, and business counterparts throughout the organization

Requirements include:

  • 10+ years of design experience
  • 5+ years of leading multi-discipline Design teams experience
  • Experience managing teams and leading a diverse team in the delivery of experiences from end to end

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience presenting to and effectively advising senior leaders outside of design
  • Experience embedding design within product teams for agile design and development collaboration

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $162,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $268,400/year in our highest geographic market.
