Outpatient Surgical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Surgical Technician to join our team at Surgery Partners. As an Outpatient Surgical Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in a convenient and comfortable setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in assisting physicians with surgical interventions, monitoring PAR levels of surgical instruments and supplies, and maintaining a clean and sterile environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians with surgical tasks, including hemostasis, suturing, and wound exposure.
  • Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for use.
  • Monitor PAR levels of surgical instruments and supplies.
  • Participate in staff meetings and performance improvement activities.

Requirements:

  • Certified Surgical Technician (CST) certification.
  • Experience in an Ambulatory Surgical Center setting.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
