Registered Nurse RN - Home Health (PRN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to join our Home Health team. As a PRN Home Health RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' needs, including OASIS assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, revising as necessary.
  • Provide nursing services and treatments as indicated on the plan of care.
  • Counsel and educate patients and families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved nursing program and current Florida RN license.
  • BSN or MSN preferred.
  • Minimum one year experience providing direct patient care; previous experience as a home health RN preferred.
