Key Responsibilities:- Plan, direct, and manage the clinical and operational functions of the ambulatory care site during all hours of operation.
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership for nursing staff by developing and implementing programs, services, procedures, and quality nursing standards.
- Collaborate with interprofessional teams to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and coach nursing staff to support their development and growth.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
- New Jersey State Registered Nurse (RN) license/registration.
- National Certification.
- A minimum of 5 years recent, related clinical experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- A competitive salary range of $146,100.00-$241,100.00.
