Community Resources Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Resources Director to join our team at 360 Communities. This role is responsible for the operational success of our Food Support and Housing programs, ensuring seamless team management and development, program delivery and impact, and evaluation and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development
- Develop and implement strategies that maximize synergies among Community Resources staff and create effective teams with strong communication between programs.
- Innovate to improve and expand programs, ensuring they are holistic, culturally appropriate, consumer centric, and accessible.
- Provide effective and inspiring leadership, focusing on increasing Community Resources program impact and outcomes across all programs and services.
- Supervise Food Shelf Coordinators, Partner Food Shelf Site Leads, Housing Intervention and Support Services Supervisor, and Resource Center Supervisor, directing, motivating, developing, evaluating, and reviewing staff performance.
- Partner with the Director of Programs and Operations to represent 360 Communities with external community groups, raise awareness about program needs, and cultivate relationships to increase involvement and resources.
- Work with Volunteer Manager to engage, equip, and retain volunteers, and oversee partner food shelf sites, supporting lead volunteers and maintaining relationships with key faith community partners.
- Evaluate the skill, experience, and professional development needs of staff, partnering with other leaders to implement professional development initiatives.
- Interview and train new employees and food shelf leads, or oversee those personnel processes.
- Review and analyze reports to determine progress and potential issues, devising mitigation plans as necessary in partnership with the Director of Programs and Operations.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards in areas of ethics, confidentiality, and boundaries, upholding 360 Communities' safety and security procedures.
Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
Requirements- 3-4 years related work experience required; 2-3 years related supervisor experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
- Experience working with a collaborative and constructive peer group, hiring, recruiting, managing, developing, coaching, and retaining individuals and teams.
- Working knowledge of human resources, including professional development plans, performance evaluations, performance improvement plans, and corrective action policies.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and use of database systems.
