Key Responsibilities:

  1. Represent CrossLink Life Sciences as a leading entity in the medical device sector by engaging with healthcare professionals and surgeons.
  2. Enhance territory performance by cultivating strong business relationships and providing support to Territory Sales Representatives.
  3. Conduct field visits for accounts within the assigned territory, including emergency room consultations and on-call support.
  4. Develop the necessary technical and sales expertise through hands-on training and self-directed learning to advance to a Sales Representative role within a specified timeframe.
  5. Coordinate logistics for ordering, transporting, and setting up surgical instrument sets in healthcare facilities.
  6. Act as a product consultant during surgical procedures, ensuring the safe and effective use of Stryker products.
  7. Contribute to revenue growth in assigned territories through proactive business development efforts with healthcare providers.
  8. Support compliance with industry regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  9. Participate in ongoing training related to sales techniques, product knowledge, and business applications.
  10. Engage in professional development through attendance at sales meetings and industry events.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent sales experience.
  • A minimum of two years of successful sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in office technology.
  • Experience in relationship management with healthcare professionals.
  • The ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
