About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA. As a member of our ICU team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiovascular ICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • 1 year of experience in a Cardiovascular ICU or similar setting
