We are seeking a skilled Sterile Processing Specialist to join our team at Trinity Health. This role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of sterile processing, ensuring that all surgical instruments are properly cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning and disinfecting surgical instruments and equipment
  • Operating sterilization equipment, including cart washers and steam sterilizers
  • Packing and labeling sterile instruments for use in surgery
  • Maintaining accurate records of instrument maintenance and sterilization

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • CRCST or CSPDT certification preferred
  • Previous experience in a hospital setting
