Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform standard installation duties, including contacting clients, reviewing statements of work, and staging and shipping equipment.
  • Train clients on system administration and provide go-live support.
  • Stage and ship house orders, receive equipment shipments, and perform regular inventories.
  • Assist with inbound support requests and follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or Associate Degree preferred.
  • Previous IT and project management experience preferred.
