Job Description:

  • Operate and Monitor: You will be responsible for operating and monitoring the plate/frame and membrane units to ensure compliance with production, maintenance, and quality standards.
  • Identify and Address: You will identify problems and initiate adjustments for efficient and optimal operation, taking into account factors such as product flow, brix levels, and enzyme dispensation.
  • Clean and Sanitize: You will clean and sanitize filters and associated piping and tanks in a timely manner, adhering to good manufacturing practices and safety protocols.
  • Communicate Effectively: You will communicate effectively with the Supervisor and other team members to ensure smooth product flow and resolve operational issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with one to three months of related experience or training.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires regular lifting up to 50 pounds, occasional lifting up to 75 pounds, and rare lifting over 100 pounds, as well as standing, walking, and using hands and fingers to handle objects.
