IVR Tester

Diverse Lynx LLC is seeking a highly skilled IVR Tester to join our team. As an IVR Tester, you will be responsible for testing and validating IVR routing flows using Genesys and Genesys Cloud CX. You will also be expected to have hands-on knowledge of automating IVR flows using Cyara Automation tool. Additionally, you will need to have good knowledge of SQL queries, Genesys cloud, Genesys reports and dashboards, and Salesforce Agent desktop. Good communication skills and knowledge of database testing are also essential. The ideal candidate will have experience testing Salesforce applications, knowledge of contact center workforce management and quality management, and experience in API testing and live chat app automation.
