The Restoration Technician is responsible for executing production tasks to meet the service requirements of various restoration projects while ensuring the professional upkeep of SERVPRO equipment and assigned service vehicles. By delivering high-quality, consistent, and efficient work, the Restoration Technician exemplifies excellence in the cleanup and restoration sector. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day, helping to restore properties to their pre-damage condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute production tasks, including demolition and other physically demanding activities.
  • Load and inventory the work vehicle with necessary equipment, products, and supplies for each project while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Prepare work areas for activities, setting up staging areas and equipment as needed.
  • Follow safety and risk management protocols consistently.
  • Communicate effectively with the restoration supervisor and fellow technicians to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Conduct end-of-day cleanup and job site breakdown, leaving the area tidy and organized.
Position Requirements
  • Strong verbal communication skills along with basic math and computer proficiency.
  • Preferred experience in cleaning or restoration.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Preferred IICRC certifications.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Capability to climb ladders, work at heights, and navigate tight spaces.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Capacity to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry items.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning products and chemicals.
  • Willingness to travel locally and out of state as required.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $16 to $19 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for overtime and merit-based increases.
