Water Mitigation Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Water Mitigation Technician to join our team at Akilina Incorporated. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site services to our customers, working alongside other field technicians and office staff. The successful candidate will participate in an on-call rotation, answer phones during/after hours and/or weekends, sell jobs, set up equipment, perform hazardous assessments, water mitigation services, mold remediation services, and use system software.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Answer phones during/after hours and/or weekends according to job
- Sell jobs and set up equipment
- Perform hazardous assessments
- Use tablets to input all job information
- Create scopes for estimate/invoices
- Use system software
- Be able to slightly understand policies but not interpret them
- Clean up job sites after each visit
- Work hand in hand with the coordinator
- Keep vehicle cleaned, stocked and always ready
- Report any issues with vehicles, tools, equipments and/or jobs as soon as possible to the coordinator

Requirements:
- Must have experience performing water and mold remediation services
- Negotiable salary based on experience and/or certifications

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
