Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist, PRN Outpatient Therapy

At The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, we are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as a PRN Outpatient Therapy Specialist. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with known or suspected communication disorders, including speech, language, and oral motor dysfunction.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address patient goals and needs.
  • Provide education and instruction to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on communication skills and strategies.
  • Consult with medical, allied health, and education personnel to promote effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Speech & Language Pathology License (Pennsylvania)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
