An ESS interim educator plays a vital role in maintaining educational continuity when the primary instructor is unavailable. This individual adheres to and delivers established lesson plans, supports students in grasping key concepts, and upholds the standard classroom procedures.

Position Overview

• Deliver effective instruction to students in designated classrooms during the absence of the regular educator
• Execute the established procedures, lesson plans, and educational objectives set by the regular teacher
• Foster a secure and structured classroom environment
• Document and report any incidents involving students to the school administration
• Adhere to directives provided by school leadership

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required
• Must possess clearances for Criminal History and Child Abuse and Neglect
• Verification of Employment and a Tuberculosis Test are necessary
