The LPN will provide direct patient care and assist in various clinical functions under the direction of the attending physician, RN, Lead LPN, or practice coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain and accurately record patient vital signs
  • Document patient history and communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff
  • Participate in in-office procedures under the direction of a licensed healthcare provider
  • Perform diagnostic CLIA waived testing and venipuncture for lab testing
  • Prescription call-backs within scope of practice
  • Prep patient charts for clinical information and maintain inventory of supplies
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Previous experience in patient care setting preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work Environment:

The LPN will work in a fast-paced clinical environment with a focus on patient care and safety.
