Position Overview

The Interventional Radiology Technologist plays a crucial role in the healthcare team, focusing on providing exceptional patient care in the field of interventional radiology.

Certification Requirements
  • BLS and ARRT certifications are mandatory.
  • Pending MD Licensure is acceptable for substitution, but the license must be posted prior to commencement.
Job Details
  • Position: IR Tech
  • Schedule: 4X10's Days
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience is required; first-time travelers are welcome.
  • Experience in neuro procedures is necessary.
  • Call expectations include primary coverage during weekdays and backup call approximately twice weekly.
  • Weekend call is required at least once a month, with occasional backup responsibilities.
  • Two teams must be on call at all times, with approximately every fourth day requiring weekday call.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in interventional radiology.
  • Experience in neuro procedures is essential.
  • BLS and ARRT certifications are required.
Schedule Information
  • Work hours: 4X10's Days
  • Primary call during the week with backup call averaging twice a week.
  • At least one weekend per month will require primary call with occasional backup.
