Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Note Taker for our students with disabilities. As a Note Taker, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our students have equal access to course materials and can fully participate in their academic programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend classes and take accurate and legible notes by hand or on a laptop
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Communicate effectively with Access Services staff and students as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to write legibly or type
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

This is a part-time, hourly position with a flexible schedule. You will be required to work on campus and may be asked to attend meetings and training sessions as needed.
