">We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Hi-Tek Manufacturing Inc. in Mason, OH.

">This is a unique opportunity for a skilled engineer to advance their career in advanced manufacturing technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating solutions, streamlining setup procedures, and implementing best-practices for tooling integration.
">Your Key Responsibilities
">- Develop new processes and improve existing ones to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Train and mentor machine operators and machinists to ensure seamless workflow.
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex work-holding fixtures and gages.
- Provide input on continuous improvement ideas and participate in ongoing conversations to drive innovation.
- Conduct time studies, router reviews, and job cost analysis to ensure standards are up-to-date and accurate.
- Document and maintain technical documentation, including process sheets and equipment manuals.
About You
">We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Engineer who possesses a strong background in manufacturing or industrial technology. The ideal candidate should have:
">- A bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software, specifically Siemens NX or SolidWorks.
- Experience with machine tools and their capabilities, as well as automation and part handling systems.
- Prior experience working with super alloy metals is a plus.

">Work Environment
">This role requires occasional climbing of stairs, sitting, standing, or walking distances for up to the entire duration of shift. The successful candidate must be able to lift, push, or pull 35 lbs. on an occasional basis and perform reaching, twisting, bending, and grasping to move and set tools, equipment, and material.
