About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Service Worker to join our team at Arkansas Early Learning Inc. As a Family Service Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting families and children in achieving their goals and promoting healthy development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support parents in identifying and meeting their goals, while nurturing the development of their children in the context of their family and culture.
  • Advocate for communities that are supportive of children and families of all cultures.
  • Assist families with enrollment into the Early Head Start/Head Start program.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive services to families.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in social services or a related field with two years of experience preferred.
  • Credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or a related field within 18 months of hire.
  • Valid driver's license with liability insurance.
  • General knowledge of computers and computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe.
