ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid CBA certification from the relevant certification board (mandatory)
  • At least 3 years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental challenges.
  • A minimum of two years supervising behavior technicians.
  • Proficient in developing treatment strategies, including functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans.
  • Familiarity with assessment tools such as ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP, and PEAK.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry research.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct thorough evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
  • Design, oversee, and implement individualized behavioral reduction and skill acquisition plans.
  • Train and guide a team of behavior technicians in executing tailored treatment strategies.
  • Create and implement training programs for caregivers of children with Autism.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate services and enhance treatment outcomes.
