ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid CBA certification from the relevant certification board (mandatory)
- At least 3 years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental challenges.
- A minimum of two years supervising behavior technicians.
- Proficient in developing treatment strategies, including functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans.
- Familiarity with assessment tools such as ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP, and PEAK.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry research.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct thorough evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
- Design, oversee, and implement individualized behavioral reduction and skill acquisition plans.
- Train and guide a team of behavior technicians in executing tailored treatment strategies.
- Create and implement training programs for caregivers of children with Autism.
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate services and enhance treatment outcomes.
