Master Baker and Decorator

Roccos Doughnuts Company is seeking skilled Baking Team Members to join our team. As a Master Baker and Decorator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality doughnuts and ensuring timely delivery preparation and coordination with store drivers.

• Prepare baked toppings for daily needs
• Work overnight shifts (3AM-9AM, 12AM-7AM, 8PM-2AM) as needed
• Decorate doughnuts according to current menu specifications
• Understand and manage doughnut quantities for each Rocco's location
• Ensure timely delivery preparation and coordination with store drivers
• Execute catering & special orders, including giant, mini, and small doughnuts, platters, and custom orders
• Maintain efficient decoration pace and flow
• Develop a thorough understanding of Rocco's standards for glaze, frosting consistency, baking temperatures, dough shape and texture, and visual aesthetics
• Collaborate on new doughnut ideas and flavor profiles for the Rocco's menu
• Assist BOH Manager with inventory management and FIFIO'ing throughout the week
• Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
• Prepare custom orders
• Contribute to doughnut production (mixing, cutting, proofing, frying)
• Operate manual and automatic machinery
