  • Involves imaging computers, changing printer toner, managing outdated asset disposal, and addressing trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues.
  • Documents and disseminates information, maintaining regular communication with external contacts.
  • Ensures effective email communication and the ability to create and manage essential documents and records.

Problem Resolution:

  • Identifies issues within supported processes and operations, resolving them using established solutions.
  • Reports problems that exceed the scope of established procedures to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintains equipment, supplies, and data that support ongoing processes or operations.
  • Utilizes technical knowledge to assist in the support of various processes or operations.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of computing and networking principles.
  • Experience in audio-visual and conference room support is essential.
  • Proficient in standard desktop applications, including Microsoft Office, as well as intranet and internet functionalities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Awareness of computer security policies and general security concepts.
  • A minimum of one year of IT experience is preferred; however, recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Shift Availability:
Candidates are sought for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Compensation:
The pay rate ranges from $18 to $23 per hour, contingent upon qualifications and experience.
