We are seeking a skilled Model Maker to join our team at Designcraft Inc. Careers. As a Model Maker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality prototypes and models for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Design and create molds for casting urethane and silicone parts
- Prepare aluminum tooling for silicone parts
- Cast urethane or silicone parts
- Overmold inserts or other parts of an assembly
- Perform part clean up and remove excess flash material
- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to lift 35lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to understand, write, and communicate instructions in English
- Ability to wear a half or full-face respirator as required by OSHA
