Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Postsurgical department. As a key member of our team, you'll provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to postsurgical patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing
  • 1+ years of Med/Surg or Postsurgical experience required
  • AL RN License
  • BLS
  • ACLS required within 30 days of hire
