We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Northwell Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough patient assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Implementation and Evaluation: Implement care plans, provide direct patient care, and evaluate patient outcomes to ensure the best possible results.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- License: Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State required.
- Experience: 2+ years of critical care RN experience, preferred.
