Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule internal and external applicants for testing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Pre-boarding Support: Assist new hires with pre-boarding paperwork and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Temporary Employee Management: Coordinate the hiring, billing, address changes, and terminations of temporary employees.
  • Plant Tours and Onboarding: Conduct plant tours and show new hires their positions on the floor, ensuring a comprehensive onboarding experience.
Requirements
  • Strong Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other relevant software.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
