**Job Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Medical billing experience, preferably in an outpatient physical therapy setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and coding
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and billing software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
