About This Role



The Norstella Pricing Director will play a pivotal role in identifying, proposing, and validating new pricing models, particularly as Norstella develops new AI/ML driven products and services. They will also support all aspects of pricing analysis across the Norstella business.



Responsibilities



  • Be an SME in pricing and packaging, remaining abreast of the latest trends in the sector and bringing that knowledge into their daily work.

  • Recommend and build new pricing models, using statistical techniques for existing and new products

  • Optimise and test pricing models

  • Conduct data analysis to evaluate pricing performance and identify opportunities for optimization

  • Own pricing KPIs, reporting and visualisation, with a specific focus on understanding price attainment (discounting) and price realization (growth).

  • Conduct price elasticity analysis of all Norstella products and services in all segments and geographies.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support specific pricing projects

  • Undertake ROI/value analysis of Citeline products. Share findings as key inputs into pricing strategy.



Requirements



  • Have a commercial mindset, always looking to align our pricing to Norstella's three goals of driving new bookings, growing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and growing EBITDA.

  • Be organized, detail-oriented, and highly numerate.

  • Be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Have strong data and analytical skills, and be confident working with large volumes of complex data using SQL

  • Be a confident Salesforce user and possess excellent Excel skills
