Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
  • Order Management: Process customer orders, track product availability, and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Account Management: Verify accounts accurately, generate customer reports, and maintain customer relationships in a professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Partner with Inventory and Operations teams to research inventory discrepancies and misplacements.
  • Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for customer issues, communicate effectively with internal teams, and maintain documentation in an organized and comprehensive manner.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have basic math skills.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs., with the ability to lift more depending on the facility.
