We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Maintenance Technician to join our team at Morgan Properties. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with residents and office staff to resolve maintenance-related issues.
  • Work in an on-call rotation, requiring flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Personal vehicle and auto insurance.
  • Stellar communication and customer service skills.
  • One or more years of experience in apartment maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and small appliance repair.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
  • HVAC/EPA/CFC certification and/or boiler's license a plus.
