Request necessary parts promptly once identified for a specific job.

Keep the service writer or manager updated on any additional work required or delays in estimated completion times to provide customers with current information.

Assist the service writer as needed with work orders, test rides, customer interactions, or any other tasks to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace and contribute to the overall tidiness of the shop.

Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed and filed after each job.

Keep technical qualifications up to date by completing required training programs.

Ensure the vehicle is cleaner upon completion of the job than when it was received.

Conduct each job thoroughly to minimize return repairs. If a vehicle returns for additional work, complete it efficiently, accurately, and with a positive attitude.
