    With a unique staffing model of 2 Neonatologists and 13.5 APPs, our team offers a diverse range of acuity levels, from Level II to Level III NICUs, allowing you to maintain your clinical expertise and stay up-to-date with the latest best practices. Furthermore, our dedicated APPs provide 24/7 in-house coverage, ensuring seamless support during your shifts.
