Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and efficient operating room environment. Your expertise will be essential in preparing and organizing equipment, instruments, and supplies for various surgical procedures.
Responsibilities- Maintain sterile technique and ensure a clean and organized operating room environment
- Prepare and organize equipment, instruments, and supplies for surgical procedures
- Anticipate and meet the needs of surgeons, circulating nurses, and patients during procedures
- Monitor medications and assist with dressing placement
- Participate in stocking and restocking medical supplies and participate in monthly cleaning of the department
- Graduate of an Accredited Surgical Technologist program
- Current American Heart BLS certification
- 1 year of Surgical Technologist experience preferred
This is a full-time position requiring 64 hours every 2 weeks. The role includes 1 in 4 weekday call and every 4th weekend call. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.
