Job Title: Medical Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Center For Interventional Pain & Spine. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment, assisting healthcare professionals with clinical duties.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, from 7:45am to 4:30pm.

As a Medical Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing exceptional customer service to patients, their families, and visitors.
  2. Assisting healthcare providers in exam rooms, escorting patients, interviewing patients, taking vital statistics, and documenting patient information in electronic records.
  3. Giving instructions to patients as per provider's orders, accessing reports, labs, and maintaining exam rooms with medical supplies.
  4. Managing phone messages, providing feedback, and answering questions from patients, physicians, and pharmacies.

You will be responsible for:

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with certified Medical Assistant experience preferred.
  • Computer literacy and ability to stand, walk, lift, climb, and perform other physical tasks required for the role.
  • The ability to travel between locations as needed.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of approximately $42,000 - $55,000 per annum.

Education and Experience:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience in medical assisting or a related field (preferred).
