Dental Practice Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Dental Practice Coordinator to join our team at Klement Family Dental. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the treatment planning and patient journey, guiding patients through the process from initial consultation to completion of their treatment. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting patients in understanding their treatment needs, explaining procedures, and answering questions regarding treatment plans.
- Presenting treatment plans and converting same-day treatment.
- Scheduling patient appointments and coordinating treatment plans with the dental team.
- Verifying insurance coverage, providing estimates, and discussing payment options.
- Following up with patients before and after treatments, answering inquiries, and offering support throughout the treatment process.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring all treatment plans and appointments are properly documented.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive and welcoming environment for patients at all times.
