**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting sales efforts.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas
* Support sales efforts by assisting customers with purchases, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory levels
* Complete all shift duties as assigned, including opening and closing procedures
* Safeguard company assets and maintain confidentiality
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

**Requirements:**

* Ability to read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level
* Eighth-grade level math competency to make change, complete shift reports, and account for inventory
* Sufficient visual acuity to check identification
* Ability to read and understand instructions for operating electronic cash registers and other equipment
* Good personal grooming habits
* Physical requirements include standing up to 8 hours during a shift and able to lift up to 50 pounds
