Position: Production Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute production processes to achieve quality and cost objectives.
- Lead team operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.
- Optimize production schedules in accordance with equipment performance.
- Assess manpower needs and conduct personnel evaluations.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient production workflows.
- Analyze capacity and proactively make hiring recommendations.
- Drive process enhancements and adopt lean manufacturing methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Must possess US person status.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is essential.
- Understanding of ISO9001 and AS9100 standards is required.
Educational and Additional Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related discipline is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in contract manufacturing production.
Sanmina is committed to equal employment opportunities.
Compensation Range: $108,000 - $150,000
