Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team at West Tennessee Healthcare. As a School-Based Non-Licensed Clinician, you will provide therapeutic services to children and adolescents in our schools, working under the supervision of the Clinical Manager and in coordination with the school principal.

Your responsibilities will include offering outpatient intervention and therapeutic services to students identified by the clinician, school, or student/family, as well as completing intakes and making referrals for additional services as needed. You will also conduct in-services, trainings, and consultations for faculty and staff, and participate in staffing or supervision as scheduled.

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology, or a related field. Experience working with children and youth in individual and group settings is preferred. You will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and demonstrate an understanding of adverse childhood experiences and their impact on the health and well-being of children and adolescents.
