Key Responsibilities- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care activities, such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining accurate records.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and handling phone calls.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Medical Assistant program certificate or diploma.
- 6-12 months of experience in a medical setting.
- National certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA).
