Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Professional to join our team at Central North Division. As a Long-Term Care Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a warm and friendly environment for our residents, advocating for their needs, and developing personalized care plans. If you have a passion for nursing and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Create a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents
  • Advocate for residents' needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records
  • Respond to emergency situations with confidence and compassion
Requirements
  • Hold a Licensed Practice Nurse Certificate (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university
  • Have a valid Indiana LPN or RN or Compact license and CPR certification
  • Experience in nursing and long-term care
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care
