Billing Specialist

The Billing Collector will play a crucial role in maximizing collections and minimizing outstanding accounts receivable aging percentages at Northern Louisiana Medical Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely payment
• Communicate with carriers regarding unpaid claims and evaluate EOBs for denials
• Filing appeals with payors to resolve payment discrepancies

This position requires strong analytical and communication skills to effectively work with hospital staff and external partners.
