Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Childcare Professional to join our team at Covenant HealthCare. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care and education to young children.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in monthly staff meetings to discuss center policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans.
  • Supervise children's activities and ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to parents and children.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) preferred.
  • Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
  • Infant, Child & Adult CPR certification preferred.

Working Conditions:
  • Ability to maintain punctual attendance.
  • Constant lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Constant twisting, reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing.
